Fixed rule: every drawing sheet counts as 1 RU. Drawing density does not change its value.

Your drawing package is exchanged through a dedicated Box workflow rather than ordinary email attachments. Access is provided specifically for your project and the review scope is confirmed before work begins.

Secure Upload
We send you a dedicated secure Box File Request link for your project. Upload your drawings and supporting documents directly to the controlled StudioScale project folder.

Professional Review
StudioScale reviews the agreed package at the selected technical depth. Original submissions remain separated from working review files, markups and reporting.

Secure Delivery
When the review is complete, you receive controlled access to download your reviewed drawings, consolidated markups and final review report.
DOCUMENT SECURITY
Your project documents are protected throughout the exchange.
StudioScale uses Box, an enterprise content-management platform, for project file transfer and storage. Box encrypts content while it is being transmitted using TLS and encrypts stored content using 256-bit AES. Project access can be controlled through permissions, authentication, password-protected links and link-expiration settings.

Files are encrypted while moving between your browser and Box.

Documents are stored in a secure environment with 256-bit AES encryption.
Controlled Access
Granular permissions ensure only authorized personnel can access project files.
Separate Delivery
Upload and final-download access are handled separately to reduce unnecessary exposure of project folders.
Designed for confidential project information. Clients do not need access to StudioScale's internal project workspace simply to submit drawings. The upload request is used to receive the package, while reviewed documents are returned through a separately controlled delivery link. For sensitive engagements, StudioScale can apply additional access controls appropriate to the project, including Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

STANDARD TURNAROUND
5 days
Standard reviews are delivered within five business days from receipt of a complete package and confirmation of scope.
Pricing rules
- Every drawing sheet counts as 1.0 Review Unit (RU).
- Non-drawing sheets (cover, title, etc.) count as 0.5 RU.
- A multiplier is applied based on the selected depth of review.
- Scope is confirmed after reviewing the initial package.
- Sheets added later are billed separately at the same unit rate.
Professional limitation: Reviews are advisory and intended for quality control support; they do not replace the responsibilities of the Architect/Engineer of Record or required agency approvals.
